- Soak the potatoes and boil. After breastfeeding your potatoes, add to a bowl of cold water for 10 minutes. While they soak, bring a pot of salty water to boil. Press the potatoes with cold water and move to the boiling water pot to cook for about 5-10 minutes, up to the tender of the fork.
- Cook cores and potatoes. When the potatoes boil, add the cores to a large pan on the middle high flame. Break the churzo as soon as it becomes brown and removes from the pan once fully cooked. Once the potato fork is tender, put pressure and add to the pan with the presented corezo fat. Cook until they start turning crissage, 10-20 minutes.
- Add churzo, pepper, onion and seasoning. Toss the cooked cores, money pepper and onions in the pan and the season of everything with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Toss to coat equally with spices.
