By mixing or not mixing?

- Combine all the ingredients. Combine Mayo, Herea, lemon juice, oil, and cut garlic in a bowl or jar.
- Wisdom together. Until the creamy is a smooth ioli shape, make everything well. Flavor and weather with salt and pepper if needed.

- If you want a smooth sauce without red pepper or garlic, use immersion blender for Step 2
