- Combine twenty ingredients. Combine milk, butter, sugar, vanilla and salt in a medium -sized saucepan. Stir together before bending the heat. Continue to melt butter.
- Harina de table (Carnamel) whisper. Once the butter melts in the milk mixture, add the Harina de table. Looking at the corn food, keeping everything together. Once it thickens your preferred structure, remove and offer from heat! Garnish with cinnamon, butter, and/or honey.
