The result is the most delicious, creamist nut milk I have ever made. No lie!

Whether you prefer a plant -based lifestyle or not, knowing how to make your nut milk is a huge trick to pick up your sleeve. As long as you get nuts and water in your pantry, you are good to go!

Soak the nuts, mix them with the rest of the ingredients, put something pressed through the school, and you have found home milk.

Why cashew?

Although the pistachios themselves are very delicious and make a good nut milk, I examined the recipe several times, adding that adding only half a cup of cashew was the difference.

Extra nut increases the gross creamy without removing the pistachio flavor profile.

Tips for success while making nut milk

  • Always soak your nuts. I know that this step may be painful, but it is a game changer to get a super creamy structure and a full nut taste. Soak them overnight and make fresh milk in the morning in a few minutes!
  • Blend more than you think. Keep mixing everything for at least a minute, if not two.
  • Don’t miss double tension! I think we can all agree that it is serious to find a solid piece of anything in our milk. Pressing solid things through both Cheesklot and Mesh strinner will ensure silk smooth, flag -free milk each time.

  1. Soak nuts. Add pistachios and cashews to a bowl and cover with water completely. Soak 2-12 hours on the counter.
  2. Add all the ingredients to the blender. Press the nuts and add them to the blender with vanilla squeeze, date, salt and water. If you want less sweet milk, leave history and vanilla.
  3. Compound and stress. Mix everything together until creamy is smooth. Arrange the mesh strainer with cheese cloth on a wide mouth bowl. Put the bladder contents slowly by the strainer to remove all the pulp. Squeeze cheese cloth to get more milk.
  4. Store Store in the refrigerator for 5 days in air tight containers.
