  1. Cook codetos (Macaroni noodles). Add water to a pot with sharp heat and salt. Bring a boil before adding noodles and cooking according to the package instructions. Put aside to stress and cool.
  2. Stir dressing together. In a large bowl, throw down the mow, mustard and vinegar together. Season with salt and pepper for taste.
