These 3-ingredient Nutella Brownies are fudgy, delicious and gluten free. So easy to make, these gluten free brownies bake in under 30 minutes and are delicious warm or cold.

Fudgy Brownies With Only THREE Ingredients!?

- Why choose this recipe? Fudgy gluten free Nutella brownies with only 3 ingredients that bake in under 30 minutes? I don’t think it gets much better than that, does it!?
- Top Tip: Keep a close eye on these because they can overcook easily. A fudgy brownie should still wobble in the middle when you take it out of the oven.
- Dairy Free? Feel free to swap the Nutella for a vegan chocolate hazelnut spread alternative!

Ingredients and Substitutions
There’s a printable recipe card below for these gluten free Nutella brownies with the full quantities. But here are the main ingredients and ideas for any swaps.
- Nutella: This eliminates the need for butter, sugar and chocolate! You can use a dairy free chocolate hazelnut spread alternative if you prefer.
- Gluten Free Flour: I use a plain gluten free flour blend like FREEE, but any plain, all purpose or 1:1 gluten free flour should work for this recipe.
- Eggs: I use large UK eggs, which would be XL in the US.
- Hazelnuts: These are optional but adding chopped hazelnuts on top adds a delicious crunch to this easy brownie recipe! You could also add extras like chocolate chips, chopped pecans or an extra swirl of Nutella on top, if you like.

How to Make Nutella Brownies with 3 Ingredients
There’s a printable recipe card below with the method. But here are some step-by-step photos to show you how easy these gluten free Nutella brownies are to make.
Storing and Freezing Instructions
TO STORE: Any leftover Nutella brownies can be kept in an airtight container for a week-or-so. Enjoy them cold or zap in the microwave for a warm dessert!
TO FREEZE: You can easily freeze these Nutella brownies. I freeze them in squares between sheets of parchment paper so they don’t stick together.

Have you tried this recipe?
I have a huge favour to ask! It’s getting more and more difficult to get my recipes out there to the world – so if you try this and love it, it would mean a HUGE amount if you’d come back and leave a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ review and a little comment telling me what you thought! Preheat the oven to 180C / Fan 160C / Gas Mark 4. Line a 20cm x 20cm square tin with baking paper.
Mix the ingredients together to form a smooth batter.
Pour the batter into the tin. Smooth out and sprinkle with the hazelnuts.
Bake for 20-25 minutes – you want the middle to still wobble but the top to look crackled and baked.
Remove from the oven and cool completely before cutting and serving. Serve warm with ice-cream or cold as a snack/treat.
- Storing: These brownies can be kept in an airtight container at room temperature or frozen. Enjoy them as they are or heat in the microwave for a warm dessert.
- Weighing Scales vs Cups: You can toggle this recipe card to convert the ingredients into cups. However, I always recommend using weighing scales – these are cheap to buy and much more accurate. And in gluten free baking, a tiny variation can make a huge difference!
- Step-by-Step Photos: Check out the blog post above for step-by-step photos to show how this brownie recipe should look at each stage.
- Like this Recipe? It would mean SO much to me if you could leave a 5* review and a little comment about this Nutella Brownies recipe. I’d love to know how you enjoyed yours or what toppings you chose, and any reviews REALLY help support my website. So thank you! xx
